Standard Brokerage Fees (As per Navi Mumbai Realty Market Norms):
  1. The amount of brokerage fees to be paid in the rental segment is as follows:
    • For 11 months agreement - 2 months rent.
    • For 22 months agreement - 2.5 months rent.
  2. The amount of brokerage fees to be paid in purchase segment is 2%

Brokerage Fees for Members
  1. The amount of brokerage fees to be paid in the rental segment is as follows:
    • 11 months agreement - 1.5 months rent.
    • 22 months agreement - 2.0 months rent.
  2. The amount of brokerage to be paid in the purchase segment is as follows:
    • For Flat under Booking - 1.50% Brokerage.
    • For Resale Flat - 1.75% Brokerage.
